Girl Themed Paw Patrol Party!

I'm back on the blog!  After taking a well deserved break after our second daughter was born, I decided it was time to get back in action.  Over the next year I am hoping to expand the blog to share many of our DIY projects around the new house, tips that we've learned along the way and of course crochet projects!

Today's Topic: Paw Patrol!

For our daughter's 4th birthday party, she wanted to invite her preschool class for a Paw Patrol party.  As I set out to find all of the necessary party supplies, I found that there really weren't many girl themed Paw Patrol items.  Party City, Walmart, Oriental Trading Post and even Amazon all had the typical red, yellow, blue Chase inspired party items.  Where is Skye and Everest?!

I decided to create my own Paw Patrol inspired party featuring my daughter's favorite character Skye with pink, purple and teal.  Below are some of the items that I created and purchased with links to where I found them.  I hope this helps you in your quest to plan the perfect girl themed Paw Patrol party of your own!

The Invites

I created my own invites using images and fonts around the web.  Here's the finished product:

The Cake

I went to our local Walmart and custom ordered a My Little Pony cake but asked them to not include the characters.  I bought our own cake toppers from Amazon and put it all together for the perfect girl themed Paw Patrol cake!

Decorations

I ended up buying pink, purple and teal plates, napkins, silverware and decorations. I found the cutest purple paw print balloons on Amazon as well as Paw Patrol stickers for the favor boxes!
